Fans of Rihanna’s flirty little mullet are in tears. The superstar switched up her style to her natural hair at the Rihanna x Fenty hair products launch in Los Angeles last night. While we were all just getting used to the pixie/mullet hybrid she sported in a teaser video for her new hair care line, she was back to the look she sported in New York a few days ago.
For the occasion, she donned a custom kite outfit consisting of an oversized, slouchy leather jacket paired with a midi skirt in the same oxblood color. Along with that, she added a ton of ruby and diamond jewelery from Manish Malhotra, Sabyasachi, Reza and David Webb. With a song called “Diamonds” to her name, it was only fitting that she was dripping with gems.

Speaking about her new hair care line, Rihanna emphasized the effectiveness of her products, saying, “There is nothing more important than products that work with, strengthen, and repair your hair.” As she explained to Extra, “I want to know that this product is working hard while I’m doing great things.”
She went on to say that styling your hair a certain way is another way you can express yourself, and that she has already tested the product on her children Riot and Luza.
“Yes, it’s part of self-expression, part of self-identity, my mood, my being. Sometimes my hair gives me confidence, and sometimes it quickly takes it away. “I didn’t want to leave any customers behind…I wanted everyone to have a product that they can encounter when they touch Fenty Hair,” she said.

RiRi also explained that she relies on her mother when it comes to styling the boys’ hair. Fenty Hair will be available for purchase on June 13th.
“My mom is actually the hairdresser in the family. She’s not a hairdresser, but RZA lets her do his hair,” the singer said. “It’s longer than Riot’s and thicker than Riot’s. You can try anything with his hair.”
As for fans speculating that she won’t be releasing music anytime soon, especially since she was spotted wearing an “I’m Retired” shirt, Ri told everyone to calm down and said that if the mic When I decided to hang up, I told everyone to shut up. “Wait for the ‘I Quit’ T-shirt.”
