Former President Donald Trump spoke at a rally in Wisconsin on Saturday. The 78-year-old blamed the Biden administration and Vice President Kamala Harris for the influx of migrants into the United States. He called illegal settlers “disgusting,” “animals,” “thugs” and “thugs.” But it’s President Trump’s apparently “purple” hair color that has sparked broader debate. It’s unclear whether any Republican presidential candidates are currently dyeing their hair.
Several social media users who posted videos of Donald Trump speaking from behind the podium noted his distinctly purple hair. They speculated whether the former president was using dye or just lighting the event.
“Can someone please explain the purple hair thing? Is this because the media is having contrast issues with the camera? Because I checked both on the PlutoTV app and on the TV, and both It showed Trump having purple hair,” one person said on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.
“Why does Trump have purple hair?” another asked on a platform led by Elon Musk.
“I know that many older women prefer purple hair, and President Trump seems to think so as well as he enters his 80s,” said another source. President Trump has yet to respond to the “purple hair” theory.
Meanwhile, flies disrupted Trump’s rally. “Oh, there are flies. Oh. I wonder where the flies come from. Look, two years ago there wouldn’t have been any flies flying here. But they’re changing rapidly. I can’t stand any more. “I can’t do that,” the former president said.
