The TikTokker posted a video on the social media platform telling viewers about how things went wrong when using a Dyson Airwrap hair dryer.
The text overlaid on her video looks like this: Dyson retrieved it and said it was fake the same day they apologized and said it was real. ”
She also added, “But now it’s back to saying it’s fake and they threw it away. So everything but the Airwrap remains.”
In the video’s caption, she wrote, “I understand that the machine is fake, but I shouldn’t say later that the machine was real and it was a mistake.”
She added: “Really disappointed as I loved this. I used it all the time! I can’t afford a new one so please suggest a cheaper alternative.”

It’s a huge waste of money 😭😭 I won’t lie, the customer service wasn’t the best as they kept telling me different things! @Dyson I understand that this machine is counterfeit, but you shouldn’t tell me later that the machine is real and it was a mistake.
