Madison LeCroy is celebrating her natural curls.
On September 30th, the Southern Charm cast member took to her Instagram Stories to show off her short haircut with voluminous waves. “My natural hair, no extensions!” Madison exclaimed through the mirror as she rocked a stunning tangerine crop top with floral print. Madison, who was celebrating a beautiful vacation with husband Brett Randle, went on to talk about how she styled her curls for the trip.
“I used a small curling wand to touch up some of the frames on my face. I’ll post links to all the products I used,” she shared. “Thank you for the love — to be honest, I always feel a little bald without my extensions!”
Additionally, on her Instagram Stories, Madison shared a throwback photo of her mom and dad and revealed where she got her textured hair.
“My dad Carl was the best,” Madison wrote above a black-and-white photo of her late father. She included a photo of her mother with her own curls and wrote, “& mom.”
Madison LeCroy explains why she rarely wears her natural curls
Earlier this year, Madison gave another peek at her natural hair on her Instagram Stories. She also revealed to her followers why she doesn’t wear such styles often.
“I should wear it like this more often,” she said in an Instagram Story video. “Normally I have hair extensions and things like that, so I can’t wear something this wild. It’s kind of like my personality, right? It’s insane. This is obviously spreading. It looks better when it doesn’t spread. However, just to be sure…”
Madison LeCroy’s curly wedding day hairstyle
She doesn’t often wear her hair naturally, but for her wedding to Brett in November 2022, she incorporated curls into her hairstyle.
Ahead of the ceremony, Madison spoke to In Touch about her hair and makeup plans for the big day.
“When it comes to hair and makeup, I’ve noticed that people have high expectations for me to bring it,” she shared. “I have naturally curly hair, so I’m going to let it curl.”
Madison’s hair turned out gorgeous and her Reem Acra dress with tiny floral embroidery was a dream come true.
“The first time I wore it, I loved it so much that I cried. The problem was, Bergdorf didn’t have any dresses I didn’t like, so I kept looking for ‘that dress’ and ended up leaving the store.” I felt like I needed to try on everything that was out there,” she tells PEOPLE. “Then, the more I tried on it, the more I realized it was nothing compared to that. I couldn’t stop thinking about it and talking about it, and I ended up flying to New York to get it.”
