A popular hair salon has been sold five months after closing its doors.
Staff at Harrington’s Southampton put down the scissors for the last time this spring.
The period-listed building in Bedford Place has now been sold by Goadsby.
Described as having an “architecturally beautiful appearance,” the building has a “conspicuous street presence” and boasts three floors of commercial space.
According to real estate agents, the new owners have already moved in.
Amy Street from Goadsby said: “We were delighted to be able to offer this charming period building for sale and have seen great interest from the outset, with many local residents commenting that they have always admired the property.”
“The new owners have already begun work on renovating and equipping the facility in preparation for its opening in the coming months and we look forward to seeing the final result.”
