As winter approaches, the drop in temperature and increase in indoor heating can have a big impact on your skin and hair. As winter sets in, it’s important to tweak your skin and hair care routine to keep your hair and skin smooth and trouble-free. Here are some expert tips from Dr. Miri.

1. Prevent dryness by layering your skin care routine

Moisture-binding serum: For serious hydration, start by applying a moisture-binding serum containing hyaluronic acid to clean skin. Facial oil: Follow up with a facial oil to lock in moisture. Rich Cream: Finished with a rich cream infused with elecampane extract. This ingredient restores your skin’s natural glow, protects it from damage caused by urban pollution and blue light, and helps fade wrinkles.

2. Manage your shower hair routine

Wash regularly: Dandruff can be caused by excess sebum production. To prevent this, wash your hair three times a week to prevent oil buildup.
