Japanese skin care brand Sekkisei has added two new products to its Clear Wellness line for sensitive skin, which will debut in 2023. The brand is part of Japanese beauty giant Kose Group.
Mild Peel Care Serum and Airy Skin Veil BB Essence are gentle, lightweight additions to a range focused on sustainability and skin health.
Mild Peel Care Serum ($42 for 30ml) is made for those who want silky smooth skin without the irritation of traditional peels. Formulated with botanical extracts, this non-peeling serum is said to condition and hydrate the skin, smooth rough areas, and brighten the complexion.
Airy Skin Veil BB Essence ($29 for 30ml), on the other hand, is a BB cream that provides breathable coverage while blocking UV rays, blue light, and environmental stressors. It is said to naturally cover pores, redness, and uneven skin tone, giving you a fresh, even finish.
As with other products such as creams and cleansers, the new product contains Itowa, a proprietary blend of natural ingredients sourced from Japan. This complex not only enhances skin clarity, but also promises a stronger moisture barrier, while caring for the planet with eco-friendly packaging and a sustainable approach.
