Hairdresser Simulator, as the name suggests, is a casual simulation game where you style your clients’ hair, but players interested in styling long hair will be interested in the sim’s upcoming expansion, aptly called “Long Hair DLC.” must be paid.
Hairdresser Simulator was released to “mixed” reviews on Steam earlier this year, with players citing bugs, poor visuals, and an overall lack of content in their feedback. The game is back in the spotlight with an announcement regarding the “Long Hair DLC.” This is a paid expansion coming on December 5th that adds new mechanics such as longer hairstyles and “the ability to cut and style long hair.”
Perhaps this DLC feels like something that should have come with the base game, but to be fair, it adds more than just long hair. According to publisher Frozen Way, the same studio that publishes other sim expansions like House Flipper, the Long Hair DLC will also bring “unique story characters” and “new tools” to the hairdresser simulator. . “15 All-New Trendy Hairstyles” are also in development.
I haven’t played Hairdresser Simulator myself yet, but it’s been on my Steam wishlist for quite some time. I love long hair, but I’m still not completely sold on this sim. However, it remains to be seen how the DLC will shape the game. The base game is actually on sale for 35% off right now. If you’re intrigued by the idea of styling your hair virtually, there’s no time like the present. Time to jump in.
