GREEN BAY – A new business that combines beauty products, hair treatments, aesthetics and educational services recently opened.
Allure Crown & Glory, a beauty supply store located at 1255 S. Monroe Ave., Suite 102-103 in Green Bay, opened two months ago. The business includes a hair treatment and aesthetic space that opened for business two weeks ago. Owner Tracy Fuller said she grew up going to these types of stores and always wanted to work in the beauty industry.
“I just want to provide a different experience and environment,” she said. “It’s something you can enjoy as a form of self-care.”
Fuller is a former nurse from California who moved to Green Bay for work in 2021 before deciding to start her own business. In January of this year, she found a new job.
Fuller also partners with Favoryt Brand co-owner Josh Woods to sell the product.
“Josh also rents space here to treat clients,” she said.
At Allure, you can also book facials, waxing, and eyelash services online. In addition, the business has two stylists who specialize in dreadlocks and braids. Fuller said she also plans to hire a barber. Beauty products include hair and skin products as well as extensions and wigs.
Fuller said part of the business plan is to help parents and young people learn how to braid hair and use the right products for their hair. She said there are many young women in the area who are worried about their hair.
“If we can bring in experts from around the area, that would be a huge help,” Fuller said.
Fuller said these classes are offered quarterly and most are free. Parents can also benefit, and both can learn how to braid and how to clean and maintain those braids.
She said there is also potential for birthday parties and other events offering facials and braids.
The salon is open from 8:30 a.m. until all appointments are booked for the day. Store hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
