Cillian Murphy looked completely unrecognizable at the premiere of his latest movie, shocking fans by ditching his usual dark hair for a blonde look.
This bold move suited Killian perfectly, showing off his bright blue eyes and incredible bone structure.
The Oppenheimer actor debuted the new look on Thursday night, along with co-stars Emily Watson and Eileen Walsh, at a premiere event ahead of the release of his film Small Things Like These. .
The 48-year-old looked younger than ever with his refreshing haircut and smart outfit, which included a burnt orange jacket over a grey-green collared shirt and black pants.
The film, scheduled for release on November 1, is based on the novel by Claire Keegan and follows Ireland’s infamous Magdalene Laundries.
According to the film’s synopsis: “Before Christmas in 1985, coal merchant Bill Furlong makes a discovery in his local abbey that forces him to confront the secrets of the Irish town of New Ross. .”

According to IMDb, Killian will play Bill Furlong, a father who discovers a “disturbing secret” about the Abbey, which leads him to uncover the truth about his past.
The father of two produced the film with Good Will Hunting actor Matt Damon.
Killian recently caused a frenzy among his fans when a new photo of the Irish-born actor was dropped on the set of Peaky Blinders, which is scheduled to be released next year.

The hit Netflix show, which ran for six seasons and built a loyal fan base, returns to our screens with The Immortal, following the new adventures of Tommy Shelby, played by Killian.
The film will feature stars like Barry Keoghan and Rebecca Ferguson. The show’s original creator, Steven Knight, has returned, as has series director Tom Harper.
Killian broke his silence to Deadline in June, revealing: “It looks like Tommy Shelby is not done with me.”
