“To alleviate this, consider incorporating foods rich in vitamin D into your diet, or talk to your health care professional about supplements to help maintain optimal levels during the colder months,” says Phil. says.
“The NHS recommends that adults take 10 micrograms (400 IU) of vitamin D each day, especially in winter, to support overall health.”
