Representative Image New Delhi: Hair care brand Beauty Garage Professional has acquired hair cosmetics brand Gofab Genesis LLP in its entirety, including the brand, products and manufacturing facilities, the brand said in a press release on Tuesday.
With this acquisition, the company expects to significantly expand its market share, especially in the high-end salon segment.
Mahesh Ravalia, Co-founder and CEO, Beauty Garage Professionals said, “This acquisition will not only strengthen our product portfolio but also position us as a leader in the premium salon segment. By integrating Gofabu Genesis’ expertise and innovative products, we are confident that we will achieve our target revenue of Rs 100 crore next year.”
Founded in 2017, the haircare brand currently has a network of 100 distributors and plans to expand its presence globally in markets such as the Middle East and the US.
