Kathy Hilton is known for many things, including her colloquial speaking manner, her love of box fans and her shiny blonde hair, so when we stumbled across photos of Kathy with her redhead, we hardly realized it was the younger sister from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Nearly 20 years ago, Kathy and her husband, Rick Hilton, attended the 13th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Party. The February 2005 event took place in Los Angeles, and the guest list included A-list Hollywood names like Elizabeth Taylor, Christina Aguilera, Camille Grammer (then-married to Kelsey Grammer), and, of course, Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton, including Kathy, a redhead who’s on the brunette end of the color spectrum.
We’re surprised because with dark hair, it would be hard to tell who Cassie is. The shade is a playful strawberry shade with a slight auburn undertone.

Perhaps even more shocking than seeing Cathy as a redhead is how little she has aged in the last 20 years.
Earlier this year, she revealed one of the secrets to her youthful glow: “I think I have to use a good exfoliant,” she told Us Weekly. Plus, she shared some hair tips, revealing that she dry brushes her hair every day and is a big fan of collagen supplements.
She shared more of her hair care tips in an interview with E! News, revealing that she uses thickening shampoos and styling tools like hair dryers and curling irons to keep her hair perfectly conditioned.
