Many women are in their 50s and 60s and think that younger hairstyles no longer suit them, but this is not the case.
It’s entirely possible to maintain a dynamic, youthful appearance well into middle age and beyond. A 64-year-old woman sported a curly hairstyle with wispy bangs and plenty of volume.
Harrah Brown (@harrah.brown) uses her TikTok platform to “inspire you to feel beautiful, healthy, and confident at any age.”
Despite being 64 years old, she told viewers that she “doesn’t let age define (my) hairstyle.”
Hara, 64, said, “I can’t decide my hairstyle based on my age.”

Hara sported an “easy, everyday” hairstyle that seemed to resist aging. First, she parted her blonde hair and then used a 1-inch curling iron to curl it.
Next, she blow-dried her bangs (which are wispy along her forehead and longer on the sides).
Next, Hara used a comb to gently tease the hair on the top of her head to add volume and texture.
Finally, the hair lover used a comb to loosen a few strands of hair around her face.
The reason Harrah’s go-to look is so successful is because bangs, face-framing, and curls are all core elements of an anti-aging hairstyle.
Fringes can completely transform your look, as they not only frame your face but also hide signs of aging on your forehead and around your eyes.
Curls add volume and create thickness and dimension, so they are also effective in rejuvenating a woman’s appearance by years. You can achieve the same effect by strategically teasing your hair.
TikTok users went wild over Hara’s hairstyle and took to the sharing platform to express their enthusiasm and desire to copy the same hairstyle.
One social media user said: “I pray to God I look this great at 64. Rock on sista.” She wasn’t alone in this idea, with around 85,000 people liking the comment.
Another said, “I just wish I could be that beautiful even when I’m 64.” A third said: “I want to be you when I’m 64.”
