Ariana Biermann is taking a walk in a light mood.
After months of rocking long brown hair, the Don’t Be Tardy girl decided to change up her look with a much lighter hair color. Ariana showed off her amazing transformation in a series of social media posts, admitting that the change was so sudden that it was hard to recognize herself.
“I’m experiencing a disconnect,” she said in a Sept. 25 Instagram Story. “It’s been a really long time since I’ve seen blonde hair like this and it’s hard to recognize myself. Is this normal?

Ariana teased the update in a Sept. 25 TikTok video, where she discussed three hair color options. There was ash brown, chocolate brown, and dirty blonde, all of which she had worn before.
“I really feel like I want her,” she said of the latter. “But am I too old for that? In my Instagram poll, everyone voted ‘no’ for this (blonde color), but I really want her.” I…I love her. ”

Ariana said she was drawn to dirty blonde because of the combination of dark and light colors, saying, “[It]represents my indecisive personality… all of that mixed together.”
The video follows Ariana as she visits Habit Salon in Gilbert, Arizona, where she gets her hair colored by Chrissy Ellingson Rasmussen.
“If I don’t make a great decision, I’m going to cry,” she said, sitting at the drying station. “I always tell Chrissy not to let her grow blonde.”

Despite her initial hesitation, Ariana was clearly thrilled with the results. She showed off her amazing results in several more clips and asked her fans for their opinions.
“I love her,” she continued. “Did I make the right decision? I think so. Please tell me…other opinions are welcome.”
Ariana also updated her hairstyle in an Instagram post on September 25th with the caption, “Feeling happy.” Her mother, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann, co-signed the look on her Instagram Story.
Ariana Bierman moves to New York with boyfriend
2024 brought a lot of changes for Ariana. We’re not just talking about her hair. The Georgia native left ATL earlier this year and moved to New York City with boyfriend Hudson McLeroy. She confirmed the big move with a July 7 Instagram photo of her sharing a kiss with Hudson with the city skyline in the background.
“Take our love story to a new city,” she captioned the post. “We are officially living in New York!!!! Thank you God for making this possible and making my dream come true with my best friend.”
